My Story:

I’m Carly Wallace, a Registered Physiotherapist specialized in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy and a Mom of 3 beautiful kids.

I had a lot of struggles that started after I delivered my first baby. I was having bladder leaks several times a day, wearing pads to go out and struggled to return to working out and running without peeing my pants! I’m SO passionate about helping other women get back on track- just like I did! I can now run, exercise, play with my kids, sneeze and live my life without worrying about my bladder.
