My name is Carly Wallace and I’m a Mom of 3 kids, runner and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. I struggled with leaking even before kids with impact and running. After my first child’s birth I suffered from a grade 2 prolapse, “severe tearing” and 4 finger diastasis. I couldn’t run, jump, sneeze or even laugh without leaking or feeling the heaviness in my pelvic floor from my prolapse. It was devastating! I couldn’t kick a ball around with my kids, had to wear a pad running or going to exercise classes and lived in fear of someone making me laugh too hard. I then had 2 more kids, which didn’t make matters any better!
With my Pelvic Health knowledge and my own struggles, I developed this 6-Step Program that resolved my own leaking and discomfort, and now have helped hundreds of other women in clinic! I can now run, jump, do HIIT and play with my kids without leaking or heaviness and have helped many women achieve the same- you can too!
I am passionate about educating and helping women feel like themselves again and developed this course to help even more women lead leak free lives!!
Traditional pelvic floor exercise programs give you exercises but don’t provide the troubleshooting and the transition into being able to add impact or handle the extra stress of a cough or sneeze.
These 6 steps are going to teach you what you are missing when it comes to resolving your pelvic floor issues by incorporating your breathing, coordinating your core, and teaching your pelvic floor how to handle the extra stress of jumping or sneezing so it doesn’t leak or cause discomfort. It includes access to my online course platform where you’ll have lifetime access to my educational & exercise videos you complete at your own pace on your own time.
