What to Expect

Your first appointment is an initial assessment where we spend some extra time taking an in-depth look at your pain or injury. We will develop our goals for your recovery together and it will also include a treatment. We can identify and treat any musculoskeletal or nerve related pain. Common conditions include but are not limited to sprains/strains, back or neck pain, arthritis, bursitis, posture problems, sport and workplace injuries, rehabilitation after surgery or fracture, overuse injuries and reduced mobility.
